Shipping & ReturnsCanceling an Order You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 817-430-0724 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Shipping/Delivery We normally process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. This does not apply to special requests, such as custom orders or laser engraving. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM CST, excluding holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days of your order date. Our preferred shipping method is insured priority mail, via the USPS. We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for this method, whether you are purchasing one of our creations, or many. This will generally result in receipt within 4 business days. If expedited shipping is preferred, please specify the desired delivery timeframe (i.e., by noon Tuesday the 14th). We will make every effort to process expedited shipping requests the same day, however, orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be shipped until the next business day. Actual carrier costs, plus a $4.00 handling fee, will be charged. |

Our graphics artist is designing new and unique designs for our engraved pen boxes. We are also happy to create special pens for executive gifts, commemorative gifts, wedding pens, or any other occasion where giving a quality heirloom pen would be appropriate.
